To get started on a site we just need a brief email or phone conversation to discuss ideas and price, Or we can meet in person if you prefer. Once you have sent your material over, most sites are up and running within a month.

Normal business hours are 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday, however telephone messages and emails are monitored all the time so you will always be able to contact someone out of office hours.

Existing clients can also use this form to raise support queries. Please, all you good people in India and elsewhere, don't contact me about outsourcing partnerships or link exchanges. Also, I don't have any job vacancies so please don't send CVs. For queries relating to the content of my clients' web sites, please contact the site owner in the first instance. Please note that I am not responsible for the actual content of my clients' sites, nor the external sites that they link to.
